SIX WICKENBURG STUDENTS TO ATTEND NAU MUSIC CAMP

Thanks to WCO scholarship, six students from Wickenburg will be attending Northern Arizona University music camp this summer.

The camp lasts two weeks and offers an intense schedule of individual lessons and participation in chamber groups and orchestras. The students audition for a chair in one of several orchestras.

Rhiannon Huffman, viola, Devon Huffman, cello, Alannah Nelson, cello, Rhiannon Nelson, flute, Elisabeth Fowler, violin, and Susan Fowler, violin, will be heading to Flagstaff in July.

Rhiannon Huffman attended NAU last year but the other five are “first timers”. It is very gratifying to us that we have so many advanced students.
